OK, so it's not wildlife photography at its best.  But it's a photograph, of wildllife, so it's close.  Anyway, having been trying for ages to get a good photo of either a kestrel or a buzzard, I had almost given hope.  Sometimes I think these birds have eyes like hawks...  Still, managed to get this whilst they were both distracted by each other.  Shame I missed the moment of contact, brief though repeated it was.

Of course the big question is, who won?  No one of course.  Victory implies that there is a loser, and it is of course illegal now to suggest that anyone may fail to achieve anything, or indeed that there isn't room for us all to be pop stars rather than street sweepers...
